Purple Van is available 24 hours, 7 days a week by appointment. You may call or text anytime to set up an appointment. Including last minute or future transportation! We are currently a one man, one van operation so availability may vary. Please contact us anytime for any questions.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of insurance coverage for transportations at this time. However, it is soon to come!
We offer ambulatory & wheelchair transports. Clients are locked down into the vans by special lock systems used for wheelchairs. Our company prides itself on safety and use top of the line lock systems, and seat-belt restraints, to protect our clients while transporting.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and bank debit cards or personal check and cash. All payments are expected at time of transport. For clients that use us regularly we can bill monthly by invoice.
We accept last minute transportation if time is alotted. We ask for at least 12 hours notice to make sure we are available for your ride. We are currently operating with 1 vehicle!
Purple Van Transportation welcomes up to 2 family member to ride with a loved one. (due to seat capacity)
Purple Van Transportation Services carries mandatory coverage of 1.5 million single limit liability and 1.0 million general liability on all our vans.
At time of hire all drivers are trained by the owner of the company, and a manager, to meet company standards of safety. They are trained on how to deal with clients that suffer from Alzheimer’s and dementia. They are also trained to handle mental health issues. We take great pride in our transport drivers. They are dedicated men and women who love people and treat our clients with the highest professional care in the industry.
All employees of Purple Van have a medical background including CPR & BLS
All our company vans offer a oxygen tank holder, but do not carry oxygen themselves.
